- Previous laboratory, imaging, endoscopy and pathology reports
- A list of medications you take regularly
- Notes on when your symptoms began
- Any family history of digestive or liver disease
In an emergency (severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, passing black stools, sudden jaundice), go to the nearest emergency department without waiting for an appointment.
